Dojo Academy isn't your typical training outfit. We've been in the business of turning managers into actual leaders since 2011. That means people who can make decisions without needing a committee meeting first. Who know when to listen instead of talk (revolutionary concept, we know). Our approach is different because we don't do motivational speeches and PowerPoint theater. We do real, practical work that sticks. Hundreds of leaders across Central Europe have gone through our programs. They didn't come back the same — and their teams noticed.

Started his career managing teams in manufacturing. Got frustrated with leadership training that didn't work. Built Dojo Academy to fix that problem. 23 years in real leadership roles.

Spent 15 years in organizational development before joining us. She designs our programs and makes sure they actually solve real problems. Obsessed with assessment and measurable outcomes.

Our Story
Started in 2011 by two people who were tired of traditional corporate training. You know the kind — expensive consultants, generic content, forgotten by Tuesday. We wanted something different. Built our first program around what actually works. Turns out, leaders don't need more theory. They need practice, feedback, and permission to try new things. Word spread. Now we work with tech companies, manufacturing firms, nonprofits, and government agencies. Still small. Deliberately. Because we care more about depth than scale.
